At maxstorum.com, operated by FOPE SPA, customer satisfaction is of utmost importance. If you wish to withdraw from your purchase, you may do so within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing any justification.

2. Conditions for Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be in its original condition, including all accessories, and preferably in its original packaging.

  • The product must not show signs of excessive use or damage. maxstorum.com reserves the right to reduce the refund amount in case of any depreciation in value.

3. Withdrawal Procedure
To request a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to info@maxstorum.com within 14 days of receiving the product. Include the following:

    • Full name

    • Order number

    • Reason for return (optional)

  2. You will receive a return code via email. Clearly write this code on the package along with your name and contact details.

  3. Ensure the item complies with all return conditions before shipping it back.

    Refunds will be processed within 8 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned product.
    The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
    The refunded amount will include the product price and, where applicable, the standard shipping cost paid at the time of purchase.

6. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Perishable goods or items with a short shelf life

  • Sealed items that cannot be returned once opened due to hygiene reasons

  • Products that, by their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery
