1. Reporting a Complaint

2. Complaint Procedure

Once your report is submitted, you will receive an automated acknowledgment email. To proceed with the complaint process, please respond with the following information:

Visual Evidence:
Attach clear photos or videos that demonstrate the issue (e.g., the product in operation, while charging, or when connected).

Further Verification:
If the issue cannot be confirmed via visual evidence, we may request that you return the product to our warehouse for technical inspection.


3. Important Notes

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • We do not accept shipments sent cash on delivery (COD).

  • For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping method with delivery confirmation.


4. Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with the proposed resolution or no agreement is reached, you may submit your complaint via the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform, available on the official European Union website.

Note: Only complaints that fully meet the conditions outlined in this section will be processed.
